Product exchange and return policy

Please check the product in the store, if you still choose to exchange it or encounter any problem, we will be happy to assist you.

Replacement option:

Exchange of a product within the warranty period from the date of purchase against presentation of an invoice only when the product is in its original packaging.
The replacement product will be according to its value in the store at that time.
Products whose packaging has been opened or used will not be exchanged.

Return procedure:

The return of the product will be possible in the chain of stores, and this is up to 14 days from its purchase along with an invoice.
When the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging in accordance with the company’s procedure.
For a refund, 5% will be credited in accordance with the Refund Law.
The product must be returned to one of the chain stores.
A refund will be returned to the customer up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the customer’s cancellation notice.

Cancellation procedure:

According to the law, you can cancel up to 14 days after receiving the product, and you can charge 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is the lower of the two.

We only exchange items that are not damaged or undamaged. If you have to exchange the product for another product that has been approved by the company for exchange.
