What is your return policy?

We thank for you for shopping with RENOVAR™ and hope that you are thrilled with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the products that you have purchased from RENOVAR™, we are more than happy to offer you exchanges within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

How do I make return or exhange?

While we are not able to offer returns at this time we will happily exchange your items within 30 days. Please contact the original point of purchase to get your RENOVAR™ product exchanged. For in store returns you will need the product along with its original packaging and the original receipt. Exchanges are accepted within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that at this moment, we can only exchange products at the original point of purchase. For example, if you purchased your RENOVAR™ products from your neighborhood RENOVAR™ store, please go the store for product exchanges. If you purchased the products via our website, please get in touch with our customer service center.

Can I exchange online purchases at a store?

To exchange any items please return to the point of purchase, in other words, the same place where you purchased your original products. If you have purchased in a store please return to that store to make your exchange. At this time products which have been purchased purchases cannot be exchanged at RENOVAR™ store locations.

What should I know before sending the products for online exchange?

  • All products must be returned in original condition along with any relevant paperwork, accessories, manuals and the original packaging
  • Items that have been damaged or defaced will not be eligible for replacements
  • The parcel as well as its contents are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach RENOVAR™
  • We advise you to always use a trackable shipment type when returning goods
  • RENOVAR does not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit
  • Please note that the cost of returning the product is at your own expense

Product Registration

Register your item within 7 days from date of purchase in order to activate your warranty.

Each item’s box includes a full manual and warranty card.

In the manual you will find instructions of how and when to use each machine. In the warranty card, you can find the terms and conditions for the warranty.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email - Please keep this as a proof for the activation of warranty.
