According to the warranty of each product, if your product ever has defects in manufacturing or workmanship, we will replace it at no cost according to the warranty protocol. We want all our customers investing in Renova products to feel and know they are buying the best product on the market.
The warranty does not cover items that are lost or stolen. It does not cover wear and tear, such as a worn-out device logo due to normal use. It also does not cover improper handling or misuse of the product. We reserve the right to refuse a product replacement in such cases. In case of cosmetic or physical damage, such as scratches, cracks, or general wear and tear caused by breakage or misuse of the product, the customer will be entitled to replace the item for a nominal fee.
According to the warranty protocol and depending on the product: the replacement product will be delivered to the customer free of charge, provided that the warranty is valid and the product meets the warranty conditions as specified at the time of purchase. If the warranty for a specific product has expired, it is possible to renew the warranty for a subsidized fee (self-payment).
